Studying Tourism Management, Challenging, but Worth It

I'll be honest: studying tourism management isn't just sunshine and coffee in class. It's a lot of theory, endless assignments, and plenty of thoughts about the future. But even though it's tough, I'm learning so much, about tourism, about people, and about myself.
Balancing being a student, a future entrepreneur, and simply a human isn't easy. Some days everything flows. Other days I sit with my notes, feeling the pressure, wondering if I'll ever get it right.
But then there are moments where it all clicks. When we talk about sustainability, accessibility, customer experience, or how to turn an idea into a real travel product, that's when my motivation lights up again. Because this is what I care about: creating travel that matters. Travel that is for everyone.
What I'm Learning
Through this study, I see how much work lies behind what people often take for granted. A trip isn't just a trip. It's planning, psychology, culture, communication, and patience.
I'm learning how to use this knowledge to build Inclusive Travels, a company that focuses on people, not just destinations. Every lecture gives me new ideas, new questions, and new directions to explore.
The Hard Part
It's not easy to build a dream while you're studying it. I often have to stop myself from trying to fix everything at once. I want to do it all perfectly, but the truth is: the learning happens when you try, not when you already know.
I take a lot of notes these days. Some become ideas. Others just sit there. But through all the chaos, I can feel myself growing. I'm starting to understand how theory can actually turn into practice, even when it doesn't seem like it at first.
Looking Ahead
I'm still in the middle of it all, as a student and as a founder in progress. The road is long, but I know everything connects. What I'm learning now is the foundation for what's coming next.
Tourism management isn't easy, but it's exactly what I need. Because I'm not just learning about travel, I'm learning about people, accessibility, communication, and how to turn my dream of Inclusive Travels into reality.
