Anxiety and travel, my story and an invitation

Anxiety and travel has not always been friends. There were times I didn't dare to go, because my thoughts were louder than my dreams. But then I started, one step, one small trip, and I learned that even with fear in your luggage, you can experience something beautiful and powerful.
When I went to amusement parks in foreign cities, or sat in a chair at a drag bar in a city I barely knew, I realized: my boundaries weren't fixed; they could be stretched. I changed. I became braver. And I wanted to make it possible for others to feel the same.
But I know how painful it can be. When your mind says "stay home," when your stomach tightens and you think everything might go wrong. I have been there. That's why I also know that you need more than just "desire" … you need tools, support, and safety.
An Invitation to You
I have created a free guide: "5 Steps to Dare to Travel Alone," a tool I used myself. In this guide I share the five concrete steps that helped me break barriers, overcome fear, and actually travel. And yes, it works even when anxiety feels stronger than you.
But, you don't just get it thrown at your face. To receive the guide, you need to join my community through the newsletter. That's where I send inspiration, reflections, and tools to those who want to dare more.
