04/08/2026

Traveling can feel overwhelming, but it can also be exactly what you need. New experiences, shared laughter, and companionship can bring new energy. This trip is designed for seniors who may feel lonely but still want to explore, without too much stress.

Oslo – 3 nights

We start gently in Oslo.

  • Day 1: Check-in, group dinner, and introductions.

  • Day 2: A trip to Bygdøy with a museum visit and coffee break.

  • Day 3: Guided walk in the Old Town or a calm fjord boat ride.

💡 Tips & tricks: Take frequent breaks. Even short walks can create big memories.

Geilo – 3 nights

Next, we ride the Bergen Railway, one of Europe's most scenic train journeys.

  • A light mountain walk for those who want it, or simply relax at the hotel.

  • A bus trip to a local farm with a simple lunch.

💡 Tip: Always pack wool layers. The mountains can be chilly in any season.

Flåm & Aurland – 3 nights

Here we experience the fjords.

  • A UNESCO-listed fjord cruise on Nærøyfjord.

  • Quiet walks and time to simply enjoy the view.

💡 Tip: Bring a camera! This is one of Norway's most beautiful landscapes.

Bergen – 4 nights

We end the journey in Bergen.

  • Take the Fløibanen funicular for panoramic views.

  • Explore Bryggen, shop, or enjoy a short harbor boat trip.

  • Visit the aquarium or relax at a café.

💡 Tip: Split into smaller groups so everyone can enjoy the day at their own pace.

Going Home

After breakfast, we all head home, with memories, new friendships, and shared experiences.

Why bring a healthcare worker?

Because safety matters.

  • They can help with medication and small health needs.

  • They ensure everyone feels included.

  • And their presence helps participants feel confident joining in.
